Our Story

In 1947 in Mumbai, Shri M. H. Ghadiali started Zoher & Co., the pioneers in India for the manufacturing and development of projection screens for Cinemas. Today, Pioneer Audio Visual Equipment, formed in 1997 by Mr. H. Y. Ghadiali on the 50th Anniversary of that company, offers the most complete line of portable and semi-portable screens especially designed to accommodate the requirements of the newer age.

Pioneer Audio Visual Equipment was founded with a single mission: To manufacture projection screens that do justice to high-definition projectors. We realized that even the best projector is limited by the quality of the surface it projects onto. By controlling the entire manufacturing process, we ensure that every screen, from the fabric texture to the retraction mechanism, meets the highest industry standards.
